Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging and condition. Items must be carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (R99 flat fee, one way) and any additional fees (e.g., duties/taxes for international orders).

How to Request a Return
- Log in to your account here to submit a return.
- Package the item/s securely with all original tags and bags.
- We will contact you to arrange collection and send you a waybill to print and hand to the courier. If you prefer, you can arrange your own return shipping. Please see details above.
- Your refund or store credit will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Damages & Issues
- If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery for us to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Follow the same return process and indicate if you prefer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund.
Processing Time
- Returns & exchanges are processed within 7 working days of receiving the item.
- Domestic returns take up to 7 working days, and international returns up to 2 weeks.
Store Credit
- Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom orders.
