We want all our customers to absolutely adore their purchases as there's a lot of time & love put into each garment, however, we do understand that online shopping doesn't always go to plan. Should you need to make a return, you will have 14 days from your order date to do so.

By completing an order & processing your payment, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding returns of your purchase.



- You may return full priced items for a refund or store credit postmarked within 14 days of your order date.
- You have to request a return within 14 days after date of arrival. Send us an email with "Return + your order number" as subject to hello@noac.co.za.
- We will arrange collection of the return/exchange at your convenience. 
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as any additional costs that we may incur arranging a return (duties and taxes for international orders). The amount refunded will be amount paid - shipping costs/duties taxes. 
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags
- Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 
- No restocking fee



- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- You have to request an exchange within 14 days after date of arrival. Send us an email with "Exchange + your order number" as subject to hello@noac.co.za.
- We will arrange collection of the exchange at your convenience. 


Processing Time

- All returns & exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the item(s). You will receive an email approving your return once it has been received and inspected.
- Our team will inspect the return upon arrival and reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the conditions as stated above. The item will then be sent back to the sender.
- Domestic returns & exchanges can take up to 7 days, while international returns can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. 


Credit Notes

- Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

To request a return or exchange email us at hello@noac.co.za with "Exchange/Return + your order number" as the email subject. 
We will handle this with the highest priority. The address where returns can be sent will be communicated through email only once we've received your request.
