Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging and condition. Items must be carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (R99 flat fee, one way) and any additional fees (e.g., duties/taxes for international orders).
  • If you prefer, you can arrange your own return shipping to:

How to Request a Return

  • Log in to your account  here  to submit a return. 
  • Package the item/s securely with all original tags and bags.
  • We will contact you to arrange collection and send you a waybill to print and hand to the courier. If you prefer, you can arrange your own return shipping. Please see details above. 
  • Your refund or store credit will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return criteria. 

 

Exchanges

  • To request an exchange, please follow the same return process and indicate in the notes whether you'd prefer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund.
  • If you're requesting an exchange, be sure to include the product name and size you'd like to receive.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

 

International Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including courier fees, customs duties, taxes, and any other applicable charges when sending items back to us for a return or exchange.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, customers will also be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement items being sent back to them. This will be invoiced once your exchange has been processed and must be settled before the replacement order is shipped.
  • Please ensure all return packages are clearly marked as “Return – No Commercial Value” to avoid additional customs charges. NOAC will not be responsible for packages held or returned due to incorrectly declared shipments.
  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange according to our standard returns process.

 

Damages & Issues

  • If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery for us to resolve the issue.


Processing Time

  • Returns & exchanges are processed within 7 working days of receiving the item.
  • Domestic returns take up to 7 working days, and international returns up to 2 weeks.


Exclusions / non-returnable items

  • Gift cards
  • All items purchased On Sale 
  • Shipping fees incurred to deliver your order after purchase
  • Shipping fees incurred to return an order for exchange or return
  • Custom or altered garments
  • Items with detectable odours (smoke, perfume, deodorant, body odour, detergent, etc.)
  • Items with visible marks, stains or signs of wear (including oil stains or fake tan)
