We hope you love your purchase! If you’d like to return or exchange an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request it. Please see further details below.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging and condition. Items must be carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (R99 flat fee, one way).
- Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
How to Return
- Log in to your account here to submit a return. (Returns and exchanges are only processed after the form is submitted — please don’t email or WhatsApp before then)
- Package the item/s securely with all original tags and bags.
- We will contact you to arrange collection and send you a waybill to print and hand to the courier.
- Your refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
How to Exchange
- Log in to your account here to submit an exchange. Please indicate in the notes whether you would prefer an exchange or store credit, along with the item and size you would like to exchange for.
- Package the item/s securely with all original tags and bags.
- We will contact you to arrange collection and send you a waybill to print and hand to the courier.

International Returns & Exchanges
- Please note we unfortunately DO NOT offer returns or exchanges for international orders, at this time.
Damages & Issues

To report a damaged item, please email us within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos and a brief description of the issue. If the damage is due to a manufacturing fault or an error on our side, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange or return. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or customer negligence.
Exclusions / non-returnable items
- Gift cards
- All Sale items
- Shipping fees incurred to deliver your order after purchase
- Shipping fees incurred to return an order for exchange or return
- Custom or altered garments
- Items with detectable odours (smoke, perfume, deodorant, body odour, detergent, etc.)
- Items with visible marks, stains or signs of wear (including oil stains or fake tan)
