Returns & Exchanges

We want you to absolutely adore your purchases as there's a lot of time & love put into each garment, however, we do understand that online shopping doesn't always go to plan. Should you need to make a return, we offer full cash refunds or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your items back.

By completing an order & processing your payment, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding returns of your purchase.

 

RETURNS

OUR POLICY

We accept returns with respect to the following conditions:

  • You may return full priced items for a refund or store credit postmarked within 14 days of your order date.
  • The item must have been sold on our online store
  • The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item should be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached & in original condition, suitable for re-sale. We are unable to accept returns of used, laundered or customer damaged goods.
  •  Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as any additional costs that we may incur arranging a return (duties and taxes for international orders). The amount refunded will be amount paid - shipping costs/duties taxes. Return shipping is charged at a flat rate of R99.
  • In the unlikely event that the item you receive is defected, we will replace it or refund it at no cost to yourself.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

  1. Email us at hello@noac.co.za, with "Return + your order number" as subject, to tell us you will be returning your purchase and give a brief description detailing why (sizing, fit, etc, your feedback means A LOT to us!). You have to request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Package with all original tags and bags included. 
  3. We will arrange collection of the return at your convenience and send you a waybill that you must print and give to the courier.

Once we receive your return in good condition, we will contact you to discuss your available options. If you opt for a full refund, we’ll need your bank details, as our online payment processing service keeps these confidential. Please allow 3-7 working days for the refund to process, though it typically happens sooner.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to availability.

If you have ordered an item in the wrong size/colour/print, we will gladly exchange it for you depending on stock availability. Please follow the same procedure above, indicating that you would like an exchange or store credit and not a cash refund. 

Once we receive your returned item in original packaging and condition, we will process your exchange or issue your store credit.

 

PROCESSING TIME

  • All returns & exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the item(s). You will receive an email approving your return once it has been received and inspected.
  • Our team will inspect the return upon arrival and reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the conditions as stated above. The item will then be sent back to the sender.
  • Domestic returns & exchanges can take up to 7 days, while international returns can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. 

 

CREDIT NOTES

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Shipping Policy

We ship internationally. Free Shipping on all domestic (South African) orders over R2000.

Domestic Shipping

- All domestic orders are shipped via FastWay Couriers or The Courier Guy.
- Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number and information.
- A flat shipping rate of R99 will be applicable for orders under R2000.
- FREE shipping for orders over R2000.

Domestic Shipping Times 

- Cape Town: 2-4 business days 
- Cape Peninsula, Stellenbosch, Paarl, Somerset West, Worcester, Malmesbury: 2-4 business days 
- Johannesburg, Rustenburg, Witbank, Vaal, Nelspruit, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Harrismith, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Newcastle, Port Shepstone, Richards Bay, East London, Port Elizabeth, George: 3-6 business days 
- Small Towns in Western Cape & Eastern Cape: 4-7 business days
- Small Towns in Northern Cape, North West, Free State, KwaZulu-Natal, Mpumalanga, Limpopo: 4-7 business days

     

    International Shipping

    - International Shipping rates are calculated by weight of your total order & is dependent on the country of destination.
    - All international orders are shipped via FedEx Express, Aramex or The Courier Guy.
    - Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number and order information.
    - Shipping rates are calculated by weight of your total order & is dependent on the country of destination.
    - Shipping time is 8-16 business days

    International Shipping: Custom Fees

    - All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase abroad are the responsibility of the customer. These are NOT included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
    - We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes or custom fees. NOAC is not responsible for any additional taxes or charges that are requested during the shipment of your order, and do not offer refunds for these costs.
    - Noac does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with your order.

     

    Additional Information

    - Above delivery times can vary depending on the time of year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather conditions.
    - Noac is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.
    - It's the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, NOAC will not offer reimbursement for the package.
    - Postage and shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Pre-order T&C's

    These are items that are not currently in stock, however they are available to purchase in advance. As we will be producing these items for you, in the size you require, payment will be taken in advance.

    Please understand that product availability is not guaranteed, as production can be subject to external factors that may be outside of our control. in this unlikely case, you will, of course, be refunded. As mentioned above,

     

    Payment

    Payment will be taken upon placing the order. The items will then be processed for delivery once the pre-ordered product/s have been manufactured at our warehouse facilities.

    Please note that there is no waitlist. All pre-order items are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis, and Noac is unable to hold or reserve items.
