We hope you love your purchase! If you’d like to return or exchange an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request it. Please see further details below.

 

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging and condition. Items must be carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (R99 flat fee, one way).
  • Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

How to Return

  • Log in to your account  here  to submit a return. (Returns and exchanges are only processed after the form is submitted — please don’t email or WhatsApp before then)
  • Package the item/s securely with all original tags and bags.
  • We will contact you to arrange collection and send you a waybill to print and hand to the courier.
  • Your refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return criteria. 

 

How to Exchange

  • Log in to your account  here  to submit an exchange. Please indicate in the notes whether you would prefer an exchange or store credit, along with the item and size you would like to exchange for.
  • Package the item/s securely with all original tags and bags.
  • We will contact you to arrange collection and send you a waybill to print and hand to the courier.
  • Your refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return criteria. 
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

 

International Returns & Exchanges

  • Please note we unfortunately DO NOT offer returns or exchanges for international orders, at this time. 

 

Damages & Issues

  • To report a damaged item, please email us within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos and a brief description of the issue. If the damage is due to a manufacturing fault or an error on our side, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange or return. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or customer negligence.

We ship internationally. Free Shipping on all domestic (South African) orders over R2000.

Domestic Shipping

  • All domestic orders are shipped via FastWay Couriers or The Courier Guy.
  • Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number and information.
  • A flat shipping rate of R99 will be applicable for orders under R2000.
  • FREE shipping for orders over R2000.

Domestic Shipping Times 

  • Please allow 3-7 working days for Standard Shipping 
  • Please allow additional time during busy periods such as sales or new launches, as all items are made to order. We appreciate your patience and support.
  • We take pride in creating beautiful, high-quality pieces, many of which are handmade to order with lots of love. To minimize waste and uphold our commitment to sustainability, we produce most of our items on a made-to-order basis.
  • Please note that as a small local brand, we do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but the handmade nature of our pieces means they require time and care to produce.

     

    International Shipping

    • International Shipping rates are calculated by weight of your total order & is dependent on the country of destination.
    • All international orders are shipped via FedEx Express, Aramex or The Courier Guy.
    • Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number and order information.
    • Shipping rates are calculated by weight of your total order & is dependent on the country of destination.
    • Shipping time is 5-12 business days. 

    International Shipping: Custom Fees

    • All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase abroad are the responsibility of the customer. These are NOT included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
    • We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes or custom fees. NOAC is not responsible for any additional taxes or charges that are requested during the shipment of your order, and do not offer refunds for these costs.
    • Noac does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with your order.

     

    Additional Information

    • Above delivery times can vary depending on the time of year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather conditions.
    • Noac is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.
    • It's the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, NOAC will not offer reimbursement for the package.
    • Postage and shipping costs are non-refundable.
