Pre-order Terms and Conditions

These are items that are not currently in stock, however they are available to purchase in advance. As we will be producing these items for you, in the size you require, payment will be taken in advance. Each piece in our collection is lovingly handmade to order, prioritizing sustainability and minimizing waste.

Fulfilment Date
All pre-order items will only be fulfilled starting April 16th. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to this timeline.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order to secure your item.

Handmade with Care
Each pre-order item is handmade to order. Slight variations may occur, making each piece unique and special.

Returns & Exchanges
Our usual return and exchange policy applies to all pre-order items. Please review it here 

Mixed Orders
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will be fulfilled after the pre-order fulfilment date unless you request otherwise. Please email us at hello@noac.co.za if you’d like the in-stock items shipped separately. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping for pre-order items will commence from April 16th . Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Pre-orders can only be canceled or modified within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, your order is considered final, as production begins shortly thereafter.

Delays
While we strive to meet the expected fulfilment timeline, unforeseen delays may occur. Should there be any changes to your order’s timeline, we will notify you promptly.
